Click chips from your bank to move them onto the table and make your bet. Click chips on the table to take them back.

Click Deal, and the dealer will toss you two cards. Options to Hit, Stand, Split, Surrender, and Double will come available as appropriate.

The Current Balance will show you how many virtual dollars you still have to play with.
