| The list of games (nicknamed “Launch Site”) may be improperly cached on your opponent’s computer. Have them clear their Internet cache and then log back into Messenger. Specific steps are as follows: | |

| Sign out of Messenger | |

| Open Internet Explorer | |

| Select Tools->Internet Options | |

| Click Delete Files | |

| Sign back into Messenger | |

| Attempt to open the Launch Site again | |
