Games are available for me but not for my opponent

 

 

 

 

The list of games (nicknamed “Launch Site”) may be improperly cached on your opponent’s computer. Have them clear their Internet cache and then log back into Messenger.  Specific steps are as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

Clearing your cache and logging back into Messenger

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1

 

 

Sign out of Messenger

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

 

 

Open Internet Explorer

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3

 

 

Select Tools->Internet Options

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4

 

 

Click Delete Files

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5

 

 

Sign back into Messenger

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6

 

 

Attempt to open the Launch Site again
