I am being told that my game is unavailable at this time.

To resolve this error, follow the steps below.

Exit all Internet programs

Step 1

Sign out of MSN Messenger and any .NET Passport accounts. To sign out of MSN Messenger, open MSN Messenger and click Sign out on the File menu.

Step 2

Close all Internet browser windows and exit any email programs that are open, including Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

Step 3

Close MSN Messenger. In the System Tray on your Task Bar by the System Clock, right-click on the MSN Messenger icon and click Exit.

Delete Cookies in Temporary Internet Files and clear Windows Internet Cache

Step 1

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, click Start and then Control Panel. If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the icons.

Step 2

Double-click Internet Options. In Microsoft Windows XP, you may need to click the Network and Internet Connections icon before clicking Internet Options.

Step 3

On the General tab in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.

Step 4

Click OK.

Step 5

Next, click Delete Cookies on the General Tab.

Step 6

Click OK to delete files and then OK to close Internet Options

Adjust Privacy Options in MSN Messenger

Step 1

Start MSN Messenger by clicking Start, pointing to Programs or All Programs, and clicking the MSN Messenger icon.

Step 2

Sign in to MSN Messenger.

Step 3

In MSN Messenger, click Options on the Tools menu.

Step 4

Click the Privacy tab

Step 5

If there is a check mark by “Always ask me for my password when checking Hotmail or opening other .NET Passport-enabled Web pages,” click once in the check box to remove the check mark.

Step 6

Click OK to save your changes

Step 7

Now try playing a game again.
