I am having trouble installing Flash

Some Messenger games were designed to be viewed with Macromedia Flash Player, an Internet browser plug-in.  When loading this type of game, you should receive a prompt to install Macromedia Flash Player if it is not already installed. If you are unable to install the plug-in or you need to update your current version of Macromedia Flash Player, follow the steps below:

Installing Flash Player

Step 1

Close any programs you have open on your computer.

Step 2

Log on to the Internet.

Step 3

Click the following link: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

Step 4

Click Install Now and follow the online directions to install the latest version of Macromedia Flash.

Many Messenger Games use Macromedia Flash technology to provide rich audio and visual content. To be sure you can play all Messenger games, you must install the small Flash Player that automatically plugs in to Internet Explorer.
