Billing Account contact information

If you have billing account questions including the ones listed below, follow the steps to view your billing options.

·          My credit card was declined.

·          My subscription did not renew.

·          I was charged the wrong amount.

·          My game is still locked after I subscribed.

Step 1

Go to http://support.msn.com

Step 2

Click Sign In at the top of the page and sign in to your MSN Games account.

Step 3

Billing contact information will be listed under the Subscribed Services section. (These options will vary, depending on your country.)

If you need to update your billing address, credit card, or other contact information, you can do this online by visiting the Microsoft Billing Account Management Page. You may also view the status of a subscription on this page.

Cancel a GameSpring subscription

To cancel your GameSpring subscription, follow these steps

Step 1

Click Sign In at the top of the page and sign in to your MSN Games account.

Step 2

View the Purchase History Page.

Step 3

Click Cancel by your game subscription.

Credit Card information

·          MSN Games accepts Discover Network (US only), MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. (Also, required for a trial subscription.)

·          The purchase will appear as "MSN Subscriptions" on your credit card statement.

·          You may be required to pay tax or other handling charges for a game. These charges will appear during the purchase process.

Refund information

·          The GameSpring subscription is refundable within 30 days of your purchase.

Note: Each game has a 60-minute Trial Period
