Billing Account contact information

If you have billing account questions including the ones listed below, follow the steps to view your billing options.

·         My credit card was declined.

·         I show a charge for a game I didn’t buy or was charged the wrong amount.

·         I paid for the game; yet, I receive a trial expired message.

Step 1

Go to http://support.msn.com

Step 2

Click Sign In at the top of the page and sign in to your MSN Games account.

Step 3

Billing contact information will be listed under the Subscribed Services section. (These options will vary, depending on your country.)

If you need to update your billing address, credit card, or other contact information, you can do this online by visiting the Microsoft Billing Account Management Page.

Cancel a MSN Instant Games Clubhouse subscription

To cancel your MSN Games Clubhouse subscription, follow these steps

Step 1

Click Sign In above Help at the top of the page and sign in to your MSN Games account.

Step 2

View the Purchase History Page.

Step 3

Click Cancel by your game subscription.

Credit Card information

·         MSN Games accepts Discover Network (US only), MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

·         The purchase will appear as "MSN Subscriptions" on your credit card statement.

·         You may be required to pay tax or other handling charges for a game. These charges will appear during the purchase process. European Union VAT is a general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services only for EU citizens. For more information about that click: Value Added Tax (VAT).

Game Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable.  However, all of our games come with a 14-day free trial, so we recommend that you take advantage of the trial to make sure that you can access the game and enjoy playing it before you make your purchase.
