| | Windows XP Service Pack 2 provides added security features to protect you from unsolicited downloads. When you launch a multiplayer game on MSN Games, you may need to install game software in order to play. For assistance installing this software follow the steps below. | |

| | When the “Whoops!” error occurs, a yellow bar (the hue depends on your monitor settings) will appear at the top of your game window along with the following message:
“This site might require the following ActiveX control: <name of file>. Click here to install.”
Click this message. (See image below) and then click Install ActiveX Control.
Or, click on the “Click here to install the following ActiveX control” message below “not working?” to start the installation below.

| | Depending on your security settings a window may pop up to confirm that you want to download the required software. Click Install to begin.
