| Clearing your cache and signing back into Windows Live Messenger | |

| | The list of games (also known as the “Launch Site”) may be improperly cached on your computer. Clear your Internet cache and then sign back into Messenger. Specific steps are as follows: | |

| | Sign out of Windows Live Messenger by right-clicking the icon in your system tray and clicking Sign Out. | |

| | Click Start and then Control Panel.
If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the icons. | |

| | Open Internet Options.
You may need to click the Network and Internet Connections icon before clicking Internet Options. | |
