| | This issue can occur if the AOL Parental Controls Web Control is configured to use any of the following settings: | |
| | | |
| | · Access sites appropriate for ages 12 and under | |
| | | |
| | · Access sites appropriate for ages 13 to 15 | |
| | | |
| | · Block explicitly mature Web content, access all other Web sites (recommended for ages 16-17) | |
| | | |
| | MSN Games is a general-purpose site and is designed for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older. Some content on the Internet is not suitable for children. We encourage parents to join their children as they surf and explore the Internet. | |

| | If you would like to access MSN Games, you will need to reconfigure the AOL Parental Controls Web Control setting, by following the steps below. | |

| | Step 1 | |
| | | |
| | On the My AOL menu, click Parental Controls. | |

| | Click Set Parental Controls. | |
| | | |
| | Step 3 | |

| | In the Edit Controls For box, click the account you want to change. | |

| | Click Web Control. | |

| | Click Access all Web Sites (recommended for adults only). | |

| | Click Save, and then click OK. | |

| | Close the Parental Controls windows. | |
