“Cancel a game subscription”

Cancel a game subscription.

To cancel one of the following types of subscriptions follow these steps:

·         GameSpring (Subscription)

·         MSN Games Clubhouse Bundle in Windows Live™ Messenger (Chess, Jigsaw Too, Bankshot Billiards™, Wheel of Fortune, and Upwords)

·         Catan Online™

Step 1

Go the Purchase History page

Step 2

Sign in with Windows Live™ ID account you used to purchase the subscription.

Step 3

Click the option to cancel the subscription.

To cancel the following subscription follow these steps:

·         MSN Games Discount Program (GameSaver)

Step 1

Go the MSN Games Discount Cancellation page

Step 2

Sign in with Windows Live ID account you used to purchase the subscription.

Step 3

Click the option to cancel the subscription.

Important note when cancelling the Discount Program: 

o    If your minimum membership commitment has been satisfied, you will not be charged further. Any free games remaining can be redeemed for a period of 60 days after they were first made available.

o    If you have not satisfied your minimum membership commitment, any months remaining will be immediately charged to your credit card, and the free games your MSN Games discount program membership entitles you to can be redeemed for a period of 60 days before they expire.
