| “Delete files in Temporary Internet Files” | |

| | Windows temporarily stores (caches) Internet files on your system in the Temporary Internet Files folder. If this folder is full or files with in it become corrupted, issues can occur with our site or in games. Periodically emptying this folder can improve the performance of your Internet browser. To empty the Internet cache, follow these steps. | |

| | Close any Internet browser windows that are open. | |

| | Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, just click Start and then Control Panel. If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the icons. | |

| | Double-click Internet Options.
In Microsoft Windows XP, you may need to click the Network and Internet Connections icon before clicking Internet Options.

| | In Internet Options, click the General tab. | |

| | In the “Temporary Internet files” section, click Delete Files to empty these files.
If you have installed Windows Vista or Internet Explorer 7.0, click Delete in the Browsing History section and then Delete Files. | |
