The game should automatically unlock after you purchase the game.

If you restored or upgraded your system or installed the game on a new computer system, you will need to enter the key you received in your order confirmation e-mail. (If you no longer have this e-mail, skip the “Verify your registration key” section for information on retrieving your key.)

If you just purchased the game, you should have received an e-mail with your registration key. Open this e-mail message and enter the key. If you are missing this e-mail, skip to the “Verify your registration key” section.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Invalid Registration” error

 

 

 

 

 

 

You may have some spaces, returns, or other invisible characters in the registration boxes. Try these steps to correct the issue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Open the game and click the registration option.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click once in the Name or E-mail box so the cursor is flashing in it.

Press the Delete key multiple times. Press the Backspace key several times

Click once in the Key box so the cursor flashes in this box. Again press the Delete key multiple times (5 to 10 times). Press the Backspace key several times

Make sure your Caps Lock key is off and the Num Lock key is on.

Now, type the registration information exactly as you see it. Include any capitalization, dashes, punctuation, and spaces as it appears in the registration name and key. Also, there are no letters O’s in the registration keys, only 0 (zero) digits or numbers
