| Allow GameSpring sites and games in your firewall or Internet security software | |

| | If you have blocked any of the following in your firewall or Internet security software, you will be unable to access the games. Please contact that software’s customer support for assistance in allowing these sites and executables in your firewall or security software. | |

| | To allow the game executable in Windows Firewall, follow the steps below. | |

| | Close any Internet browser windows that are open. | |

| | Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, click Start and then Control Panel. If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the Control Panel icons. In Windows Vista, click Start and then Control Panel, and Show all items. | |

| | Double-click Internet or Internet Settings. In Windows XP and Windows Vista, you may need to first click Network and Internet Connections before clicking Internet Settings or Internet Options. | |

| | In the Web Sites section, click Edit.
If you do not see a Web Sites section, click the Security tab. In the “Select a Web content zone to specify security settings, click the Restricted Sites icon and then Sites. | |

| | Under Managed Web sites, locate the “zone.msn.com,” “msn.com,” or “zone.com” domain. Highlight the site and click Remove. Repeat this step for “live.com,” “passport.net,” “gamehouse.com,” “downloads.gamehouse.com.” | |
