“While playing a game, pressing the Backspace key causes the page to refresh” |
Click in the game to refocus the game |
Browsing the Internet while playing the game will take the game out of focus (meaning the game window is no longer the active window), thus if you press backspace to delete a word before clicking anywhere in the game (the gray area), the game page will refresh. This feature is built into Internet Explorer. |

If you are browsing the Internet while playing and are on a site that generates pop up ads, then the game may lose focus. Be sure to click anywhere in the gray area before pressing the Backspace key, or the game page may refresh. |

Be sure not to click on the wrong mouse button |
If you have a mouse with more than 2 buttons, pressing another button may cause the page to refresh. Consult the mouse manufacturer's Web site or the mouse manual to change the configuration of your mouse. |
