This problem can be caused by a corrupt download of the game. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional systems

 

 

 

 

 

 

To install game software on a Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional computer, you need to sign into the computer with an account that allows you to make system changes in order to install game software (for example, an Administrator or Standard user account). If you are signed in with a Restricted user account, you will not see the Yellow bar. Clear Temporary Internet Files

 

 

 

 

 

 

Close all Internet browser windows. Then follow these steps to clear Temporary Internet Files and set your browser to look for newest versions of files.

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, just click Start and then Control Panel. If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the icons.

Disable any programs that may affect game files

 

 

 

 

 

 

Software like virus ware, Internet Accelerator programs, Internet security software, and other Internet programs may cause game files to be corrupted. Disable these programs before trying to play the game again.
