| “How do I watch (kibitz) a Card & Board game?” | |
| | |
| | If you are new to a game, want to learn moves and strategies, or just enjoy watching other people play, you can watch (kibitz) a game in progress. When you select the option to kibitz, you will be able to observe the game from one player’s perspective. | |
| | | |
| | You can also chat with other players and observers (kibitzers) while watching a game. Some players welcome questions or comments on game moves; however, remember to be considerate of players and refrain from giving away moves or cards. | |
| | | |
| | To observe a game, follow these steps: | |
| | | |
| | Step 1 | |
| | | |
| | Go to the game’s main Web page, click a play mode category other than “Play against computer,” and click any game room. | |
| | | |
| | Step 2 | |
| | | |
| | Locate a table with players. Scroll through the list of tables by using the scroll bar between the tables and the Players List until you see a table with a game in progress. | |
| | | |
| | Step 3 | |
| | | |
| | Click a player or computer player (bot). | |
| | | |
| | Step 4 | |
| | | |
| | A message dialog box will appear. If players at that table allow kibitzing or observing, you will see the message Would you like to kibitz the game in play? If you click a computer player, the message Would you like to join or kibitz the game in play? will appear. | |
| | | |
| | Step 5 | |
| | | |
| | Click Yes or Kibitz to enter the game table and observe the game from that player’s point of view. | |
