Windows Vista FAQ

Minimum System Requirements

·         One of the following operating systems installed:

o    Microsoft Windows 2000 with an account that allows you to download and install software (ActiveX Controls), for example an Administrator account*

o    Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

o    Microsoft Windows XP Professional with an account that allows you to download and install software (ActiveX Controls), for example an Administrator account*

o    Microsoft Windows Vista™ with an account that allows you to download and install software (ActiveX Controls), for example an Administrator account*

·         Pentium II 450 MHz (or equivalent) or higher processor, or minimum processor for the operating system

·         128 MB RAM or the minimum requirements for the O/S (Recommended: 256 MB RAM)

·         8 MB Video Card

·         55 MB hard disk space

·         VGA 16-bit (high) color, 800 x 600 display (Recommended: 1024 x 768 display); Bankshot Billiards™ games require 32-bit color

·         56.6 Kbps Internet access (Recommended: Broadband connection)

·         Microsoft Internet 6.0 or higher or MSN Explorer 9.0 or higher

Install the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer

MSN Explorer users can upgrade to the latest version of MSN Explorer by signing out of MSN Explorer and clicking Upgrade Now.

·         Mouse or compatible pointing device.

·         Adobe® Flash Player 9.0 or higher

·         Windows Live™ Messenger games require DirectX 6.1

*If you install game software for a Restricted user, that user should be able to play any free single-player online game.

Macromedia Shockwave Player Games

·         One of the following operating systems installed:

o    Microsoft Windows 2000 with Administrator Privileges with at least Pentium III, 128MB RAM

o    Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition with at least Pentium III, 128MB RAM

o    Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Administrator Privileges with at least Pentium III, 128MB RAM

o    Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Administrator Privileges with at least Pentium III, 128MB RAM

o    Microsoft Windows Vista™ with an account that allows you to download and install software (ActiveX Controls), for example an Administrator account, and at least Pentium III, 128MB RAM

·         Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 1

·         One of the following operating systems installed:

o    Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

o    Microsoft Windows XP Professional with an account that allows you to download and install software (ActiveX Controls), for example an Administrator account*

o    Microsoft Windows Vista™ with an account that allows you to download and install software (ActiveX Controls), for example an Administrator account*

·         Pentium III 800 MHz (or equivalent) or higher processor, or minimum processor for the operating system

·         Required: 512 MB RAM (512 MB recommended) – Game performance may be affected by the size of your My Pictures folder. For larger folders, more RAM is recommended for an optimal game experience.

·         16 MB Video Card (Recommended 32 MB DirectX 9.0 compatible)

Jigsaw Too Photo Edition Additional System Requirements

·         Required: 128 MB RAM (512 MB recommended) – Game performance may be affected by the size of your My Pictures folder. For larger folders, more RAM is recommended for an optimal game experience.
