Create a MSN Games nickname

If you have never created a nickname on MSN Games, create a new nickname.

Signed in with wrong email address

Most often, this problem occurs if you have entered a different sign-in e-mail address than the one you used to create your MSN Games nickname. Double-check the spelling of your e-mail address.

Nicknames missing after updating email address

If you changed your e-mail address and created a new .account using the new e-mail address, you will not see your previous MSN Games nickname. You will need to sign in with your original MSN Games account to access your nickname.
