| How to handle a player using offensive or foul language in a lobby | |

| Turn on chat filter | |
| | |
| | If a player is using offensive language in a game room lobby or at a game table, you can turn on chat filter options, so you will not see this language. | |

| | In the game room lobby or at a game table, click the box with the check mark next to the smiley face emoticon. | |

| | In Message Options, check Remove detectable offensive language. You can also check the option to Turn off all Chat. | |

| Ignore a player in a lobby | |
| | |
| | If there are multiple players causing a disruption in the bridge room lobbies you can turn off the chat so that you no longer need to view offensive material. | |

| | In the game room, locate the player in the People list (the list of players in the room found on the right hand side of the screen). | |

| | Click the player's nickname with your right mouse button and a drop down menu will appear. | |

| | Click the [ ] Ignore option in the drop down menu and you will no longer view the player's messages. | |

| Turn off chat | |

| | If a player has become disruptive in the bridge lobby you can use the “ignore” option to discourage that player. The ignore feature turns off another player’s chat dialogs so you do not have to view them. | |
