Nickname questions

Q. When I attempt to play Bunco, another player is using my nickname. How do I get it back?

A. Nicknames in Bunco cannot be saved. Additionally, nicknames are case sensitive.

Adobe® Flash Player error messages

Q. I received an error in Flash8.ocx or Flash9.ocx. How do I resolve this issue?

A. If you encounter error messages while playing the game, you will need to update to the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player, which is available here:

http://www.adobe.com/downloads/

If the errors persist, the next step is to update the drivers for your displayer adapter.

Disruptive players

Q. While playing Bunco, I encountered a player using abusive language or being disruptive in chat. What can I do?

A. MSN Games is a great community, and there are many fun-filled games to be played, puzzles to be solved, and new friends to be found. Don’t let a few immature people spoil your fun. Just remember, it’s only a game.

If you encounter a player chatting disruptively, politely ask them to stop. If they continue to chat inappropriately, in the lobby, you have the option to disable chat. At a table or in a room, the best option is to ignore the player. If you are unable to, exit the game and start a new one.
