By implementing a simple set of APIs, web-based and PC games are distributed through our traditional
web portal, as well as through search, instant messaging, and social networks.
How to submit your game
If you’d like to submit a casual web game, please send an email to
webgames@microsoft.com
with the
following information:
Name of game
·
Name of developer and/or
publisher
·
Brief description of the game,
including genre/category
·
Platforms where the game
currently exists (web, download, social, mobile, etc.)
·
URL where the web game is
featured (so we can check it out)
·
Contact name and email
address
Please include the words "Casual Game Submission" in the subject line.
Please do not send confidential or non-public information in your email. Also note that we do receive a
high volume of email and may not be able to respond to every submission. If we’re interested in discussing
distribution options with you, we will contact you directly.
You’ll need to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement with Microsoft, after which we can provide you
with access to our developer support site, which includes the appropriate SDK and process documentation.
