·          If you step on a flashing skull, get off quickly.

·          Look for unusual items in a room that might be trapped.  Step carefully around these items.

·          The faster you solve a board, the higher your score.  Beat the board's par time for big points.

·          A good strategy can be to exhaust all potential blue pathways before you begin disarming traps.

·          Once you have revealed a trap, you can be sure that any green tiles next to it have no more traps. Similarly, if there are 2 revealed traps touching a yellow, all other tiles touching it must be safe.

·          You will uncover patterns that reveal where traps are hidden.  For example, 3 green tiles that make a corner indicate a trap in that corner.
