Bankshot Billiards – Your Wish is Our Command

You asked for it, you got it!

A good game developer’s work is never done. Even after months or years of development, once a game is released to the public, the people involved still have that nagging question: “So, how did we do?” No one is really satisfied with anything less than perfection, so we always ask for player feedback. Is this game what you were hoping for? Is it fun? Are there any problems with it that we might have overlooked?

It’s like an obsession.

Bankshot Billiards gets the diamond treatment

Well, thanks to your feedback, we’ve just released a new version of Bankshot Billiards!

The most obvious change is also the most-requested: in each variant of the game, the table now features diamond markings around the edge, to assist you in aiming. It’s just one step closer to playing on a real pool table.

Another major improvement can be seen in the Cutthroat variant of the game. Here, we’ve changed the way each player’s color is reported (if you don’t have a color yet, it says “open”). We also added wording to the summary screen to indicate that your color won’t be assigned until you successfully sink a ball.

Of course, we also took the opportunity to fix a few minor technical issues, and we’re now happier than ever with Bankshot Billiards. Please play a few games and see what you think!
